Hot Stone Full Body Massage

Ayurvedic Head Massage

The treatment starts with pressure points and a head massage to relax your mind and body. Then the slow drip of oil from the ayurvedic stand will fall onto the third eye in the centre of your forehead to open up the energy channels to remove any imbalance or blockages. There are seven main chakras situated at different levels, running from the crown of the head to the base of the spine. This treatment releases tension and restores the balance of energy allowing the body and mind to feel relaxed and rested.
Ear Candling

Used traditionally by Shamen healers to cleanse and harmonise the different energy fields of the individual auras to drive our negative energies. The therapist will light a special candle and place this inside the ear canal whilst performing a sinus massage to enhance and promote a clean and healthy atmosphere in the ears, throat and sinuses. The rising air gives the ear drums a gentle massage and helps to balance the ear pressure.
